2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Design onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated successfully.

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement

Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee satisfaction, well-being and retention.

Proactively address employee concerns and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
4. Performance & Development

Implement and manage performance review cycles.

Support managers in developing team capabilities through training, coaching and development plans.
5. Culture & Communication

Organize team activities and internal communications.

Champion the company’s values and culture in day-to-day operations and decision-making.
6. Compliance & HR Operations

Ensure compliance with labour laws and employment regulations.

Maintain accurate HR records, policies, contracts and relevant documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
2 years in a Specialist/Generalist role.
